DULUTH - The third suspect in a downtown murder has been charged in St. Louis County.

Joshua Littlewolf, 41, was charged with second degree murder and second degree assault.

Police picked him up in St. Cloud Wednesday.

They believe he's connected to the murder of 28-year-old Josh Olson at the Skinner Apartments last Friday.

Nakota Benjamin, 37, has also been charged with second degree murder in the case.

A third suspect, 47-year-old Wesley Jones has been released, but police say he still remains a person of interest.
