DULUTH-Duluth Police administration released video on Friday of an officer who could be given assault charges for actions he took at a detox center.

Officer Richard Jouppi has been on paid administrative leave since Tuesday, Patrol Division Deputy Chief Mike Tusken said during a press conference on Thursday evening.

50-year-old Anthony Jackson can be seen in a wheelchair.
