BARNES - Wednesday's weather conditions were similar to Tuesday: dry and windy.
That forced crews to work around the clock to try and contain the perimeter of the blaze by putting out any hot spots on day two of the Germann Rd. Fire.
BARNES TOWNSHIP - "This was our home -- three-bedroom house and that's it, familyroom ... and it's gone," said Julie Johnson, whose house burned down in the Germann fire.
